It helps, ever so often, to go back to the Agile Software Manifesto.  It&#039;s a good reminder that Agile is not really about the &#039;terms&#039; but about an approach and an attitude toward software development.  Therein lies the challenge.  It&#039;s not something to dabble with in adopting a few &#039;agile&#039; practices.  It takes a willingness to really adopt a new set of values.  Then you work out the agile practices.</description>
