It's a good reminder that Agile is not really about the 'terms' but about an approach and an attitude toward software development. Therein lies the challenge. It's not something to dabble with in adopting a few 'agile' practices. It takes a willingness to really adopt a new set of values. Then you work out the agile practices. Jon,
